Instead of accumulating and stressing over unnecessary commitments, we should focus on using our time to attain liberation. Liberation from material desires and unnecessary commitments can lead to a more peaceful and fulfilled life.

    The Value of Our Body

    Many of us do not realize the true value of our bodies until we face a loss or injury. Our body is the most precious asset we have. Imagine injuring your hand and being unable to use it. It is only then that you understand its value. Similarly, we often fail to appreciate our bodies until we face significant health issues.

    The Spiritual Realm

    When we leave our physical body, we enter a realm filled with souls and spirits. These entities are often waiting to take over a physical body, as it is a precious vessel. Those with less willpower are easily captured by these spirits. Our body’s value extends beyond the physical realm, making it essential to cherish and protect it.

    The Aura and Thoughts

    Our thoughts have a profound impact on our aura. Negative thoughts can alter the color of our aura negatively, while positive and compassionate thoughts can change it positively. By following a path of compassion and aligning with higher principles, we can maintain a positive aura, which influences our overall well-being.

    In conclusion, commitments can be a double-edged sword. While they can drive us to achieve our goals, they can also lead to unnecessary stress and depression. It is essential to evaluate our needs, appreciate the value of our bodies, and use our time wisely.
