    Here in this article, we will see our Brother Bramma Sri Mahavishnu’s wonderful thoughts on “How to reach an Awareness state by Handling Thoughts and Meditation.

    2. Mind is everything and that is the biggest secret.
    3. For normal persons, there will be a lot of distractions, and thousands and thousands of thoughts running through our mind.
    4. To attain an awareness state of mind, we need to start slowing our mind down. Meditation can help us achieveing that.
    5. Finally, when we can totally slowdown our mind, keep it calm, and focused, then it is where we can achieve the state of Awareness.

    How to reach an Awareness state by handling Thoughts & Meditation:

    Our mind is everything. Everything is in our mind itself. All the knowledge about this universe is within our body itself. Yet, to attain an awareness state, one may need to calm down his mind by controlling the thoughts. For normal persons, at any instant, there will be a lot of distractions, and thousands of thoughts running through their minds and that is where we have to work it out to make it calm down by slowing the thoughts. Meditation can help to slow the thoughts and reach that awareness state. If we can able to slow down then thoughts, then we can learn to handle our minds and eventually will help us to control our minds which is nothing but the state of Awareness or Spirituality.
