    1. Stop Searching for Answers to Find the Truth

Life is filled with questions, but true wisdom does not come from endless searching. Many believe that spiritual classes and courses will give them the answers, but enlightenment cannot be purchased. Wisdom is a realization, not something to acquire. Understanding the divine, or the ultimate truth, comes through silence and introspection. The more we chase answers, the further we drift from understanding the essence of life.

    2. Divine Truth is Beyond Human Understanding

Our minds are limited, yet we try to comprehend the infinite. God and the divine nature of existence lie beyond our mental calculations and logical reasoning. Regular practice of yogic exercises can help slow the breath and, in turn, the mind. When we reduce the speed of our thoughts, we access insights beyond our knowledge and experience a connection to a higher consciousness.

    3. Attaining Samadhi: The Path to Inner Peace

The mind constantly races, fueled by desires and distractions. The practice of slowing down the mind and finding peace within is key to attaining samadhi, or a state of meditative consciousness. Life can feel like a puzzle, much like a Rubik’s cube. When you learn to quiet the mind, the pieces begin to align, leading you toward inner peace.

    4. The Purpose of Life and the Illusion of the World

Many wonder about the role of family, friends, and relationships in life. Imagine life as a dream, vivid and realistic, but ultimately an illusion. When your consciousness rises to a higher state (dhuriyam), you begin to see the world for what it truly is a temporary experience. The ultimate goal is to reach mukthi (liberation) by transcending this illusion.

    5. Escaping the Cycle of Rebirth

The soul’s journey is ongoing until it reaches the state of liberation. Upon death, the soul exits through different channels in the body. If it exits through the top of the head (dhuriyam), the cycle of rebirth ends, reuniting the soul with the divine. However, if it leaves through any other opening, it continues the cycle of rebirth. The aim is to achieve liberation and break free from this cycle.

    6. The Higher Stages of Consciousness: Arutperumjyothi

Beyond dhuriyam lies an even greater stage – Arutperumjyothi, the supreme light of compassion and divine radiance. Those who reach this state experience unity with the universe and the divine. Failing to strive for these higher states results in being caught in the cycle of rebirth, pursuing temporary mediness and fleeting pleasures.

    7. The Pursuit of Happiness: Seeking What We Already Have

    Divine Truth

Most people spend their lives pursuing happiness and joy. We chase after material goals, thinking they will fulfill us. Yet the joy we experience from material success is temporary. True happiness lies in understanding the truth that we are actors in this world, participating in a divine play. By accepting life as it is, we can find contentment within ourselves.

    8. The Mind as an Illusion: The Search for Self

The mind tricks us into identifying with it, creating a “me” that we cling to. However, if you look deeply, you’ll see that this self is not real—it’s just a collection of thoughts and memories. Our true self is the soul, the divine spark within us. To realize this, we need to silence the mind and release our attachment to the ego.

    9. The Soul’s Center: The Sudumunai Maiyyam

The soul resides in the center of the head, where two lines intersect—representing balance and connection. This center is known as the sudumunai maiyyam, a sacred point where the divine energy resides. Recognizing and meditating on this point leads to a deeper understanding of our connection to the divine.

    10. The Illusion of Identity: The Journey Beyond “Me”

Our brain captures images and information, reinforcing our identity and the idea of “me.” But to break free from this illusion, we must question who powers our existence and designs our journey. With such awareness, we can understand that life is a game—a play in which the goal is to awaken the truth and exit the cycle of life and death.

    11. The Importance of Regular Spiritual Practice

Regular practice of yoga or meditation is essential to maintaining a calm mind. It helps to slow down mental activity and reduce desires, bringing us closer to inner peace. By focusing on our spiritual path, we discover that all answers lie within us.

    Practice Yoga

    12. Living with Joy and Surrender

To reach liberation, live each day with joy and acceptance. Embrace life’s experiences as part of a divine plan. Trust in the divine’s wisdom and surrender your worries. Accepting life with an open heart allows us to experience peace and serenity.

    13. The Power of Belief and Surrender to the Guru

By surrendering to a guru, we receive guidance through our karma, lessening the pain and suffering of life’s lessons. This surrender helps us to understand that we are not separate beings but connected to the divine truth.

    14. Attaining True Knowledge: Seeing the Divine in All

True knowledge is realizing that the divine light exists in all things. Those who see this divine light within themselves and others can perform miracles, recognizing the interconnectedness of all life.

    15. Living with Compassion and Generosity

A life of compassion and kindness, especially through acts like regularly donating food, brings blessings and elevates our spiritual journey. The ultimate goal is not to accumulate wealth or accolades but to earn the blessings of a compassionate life.

Conclusion: The Ultimate Goal of Life

The purpose of life is not to chase desires but to find the truth within ourselves. By calming the mind and recognizing the divine presence in all, we move closer to the divine light. Life is a journey to realize the soul’s connection to the universe, leading us to ultimate liberation and eternal peace.
