Addiction can be from anything. It can be from Smoking, Alcohol, Sex, marijuana, and all but what we should know is that they are all limited pleasures bound to this earth. These materials are not really addictive rather their effects do and all they do is that relaxing our mind by relaxing our nerves in the brain. Hence, it is the mind that decides everything.

We should know that all these pleasures are limited and earthly pleasures but from spirituality, we can attain the extreme pleasure without not getting into any bad things.

All we try is to escape reality, and live in a fantasy!

It may not be easy to come out of your addiction right away. It can be very difficult. Hence, one can try doing Yoga exercises, Kundalini Yogam, etc that will let us travel in the world of spirituality and it is the extreme pleasure that one can get in this life.
